An extra special full moon offering for August for you all as I partner up with the guys from Fire & Ice Sauna to bring us some hot stuff in the sauna, wooooahhh turning up the heat volume, it's going to be epic.Join us in circle as we gather round a beach fire with some gentle movements for the body, taking us away from the thinking mind & in to the feeling side, the feminine side, the moon side. You'll be guided through a practice of moon salutations & chanting to help release tension, calm the mind and connect to the energy of the beautiful moon (chandra).
