yoga sessions

I offer a range of group yoga classes in Teesside,

both indoors and outdoors in the warmer months of the year and 1:1 private sessions.

 

VINYASA - a more active practice...... moving with breath / flowing / strength / flexibility / pranayama 

YIN - a practice of stillness & release......  medative / longer holds / supported postures 
HATHA - a slow paced session.....  asanas / pranayama / mudra /  mantra / meditation
& each class finishes with a shavasana (relaxation and integration time)

    

Classes are often to set to themes, following and honoring the different times of year and cycles of nature with a sprinkle of philosophy and sometimes deeper teachings on these areas.

I aim to make classes accessible to all, adapting to suit the real bodies we are in. Beginner's always welcome. 

I also provide guided meditations and Yoga Nidra practices.
