Since the weather is looking good for Saturday and it's International Women's day I am holding a free session at the beach from 10am, open to all.

We all have a divine feminine & masculine within us, this is in honour of the divine feminine & a celebration & connection to the female. I would definitely encourage the men along too, explore a more creative and fluid side of us as is the nature of feminine energy.

As well as strength, power, fertility, nurturing nature, and grace. The lotus is a symbol that represents the purity and creative power of shakti, and as we approach spring also this time of year is connecting to rebirth and growth, come and join us to connect to some creativity, find what you'd like to create in your life, what you'd like to bring in to being, celebrate the creation of ideas, the possibilities…
