About the event
Next month will see the start of our Full Moon Events but here's a little offering for you for this Full Moon. I'll be guiding a full moon flow alongside the Fire & Ice Sauna that's at Marske Beach on Friday evening. All welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, wear warm clothing and be sure to book your sauna space. Yoga is donations based and you can donate here if you'd like to or bring cash on the night if you feel able to donate for the session. It's free to all but donations and kindly welcome.
