Come and join me for an evening of explorative energy movement, working with music to discover and uncover some of the wonderful ways in which our bodies can move and find freedom. The session will be in candlelight and lead by an inspiring playlist to take us on a very beautiful journey of the body. Movement, stillness, opening, releasing, grounding, shaking, expressing, energising, invigorating, spontaneous, ecstatic, rythyms, a bit of a work-out and definitely a work-in too.  

No experience needed, and you certainly don't have to be able to dance, if you have a body and you can move then you can do this. 

& wear whatever you like.... I encourage you to dress-up, dress-down, come in your pyjamas or dressing gown, honestly whatever you like, just come, and be you. You can take layers off as we warm the body, and bring a blanket for cosy comfy stillness,…
