Come and join this evening of explorative energy movement, working with music to discover and uncover some of the wonderful ways in which our bodies can move and find freedom. The session will be in candlelight and lead by an inspiring playlist to take us on a very beautiful journey of the body. Movement, stillness, opening, releasing, grounding, shaking, expressing, energising, invigorating, spontaneous, ecstatic, rythyms, a bit of a work-out and definitely a work-in too.

the evening begins with a short settling in period, arriving fully, becoming present, breathing, a short guided meditation and you'll be served hot cacau to open up and connect to your loving heart energy, then continue the journey through drumming and music, we come full circle and finish with a lovely relaxation just letting the body settle gently again in stillness. Ahhhhhhh.
