July Full Moon Beach Gathering with Silent Disco Dance
Join us for a magical evening under the July full moon at our beach gathering, where you'll be guided through a range of practices designed to rejuvenate the spirit, connect with nature, honour the full moon & bring a sense of connection to all.
Event Highlights
Yoga: Start the evening with a calming moon flow yoga session, focusing on breath and movement to align body and mind.
Meditation & mantra: A guided moon inspired meditation to enhance mindfulness and inner peace & to find in us anything that needs to be released, collective mantra chanting and drumming to deepen our connection
Release Ceremony: Participate in a collective release ceremony, letting go of what no longer serves committing this to paper & to the fire with gratitude
