FULL MOON MAY 31ST BEACH GATHERING WITH SAUNA......
Join us for the 2nd full moon in May as we gather together with the energy of the full moon to be guided in to some work to nurture our soul by the sea.
Anyone who feels the need for some down-time, & some time out, to shift inwards, to connect to your heart, to connect with nature, embrace the power of the full moon, cleanse, release, dance, move, shake, all of that and more THIS IS FOR YOU!. This is a collaborative event with Richie from Fire & Ice Community Center bringing us some gorgeous heat on the beach. & I'll be joined by my fantastic friend & fellow Yoga teacher Judit who'll be my right hand person for the night.
