A beautiful soul nurturing evening of yoga, flowing through guided moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar), cacao to open the heart, meditation on what we might want to release & let go of as this phase of the moon asks us to, movement, chanting, music & beach fire.

FULL MOON MAY 31ST BEACH GATHERING (without sauna booking).....
Join us for the 2nd full moon in May as we gather together with the energy of the full moon to be guided in to some work to nurture our soul by the sea.
Anyone who feels the need for some down-time, & some time out, to shift inwards, to connect to your heart, to connect with nature, embrace the power of the full moon, cleanse, release, dance, move, shake, all of that and more THIS IS FOR YOU!. & I'll be joined by my fantastic friend & fellow Yoga teacher Judit who'll be my right hand person for the night.
These are very special events indeed and I feel extremely fortunate to be still be able to bring these, this is my 5th year offering this type of session & I look forward to being there to hold the space…
