An Ecstatic Dance journey of the body & soul, a night of movement & release finishing in stillness & peace as we bask in the glow of joy we create for ourselves.

In these events we step barefoot into a space where growth awakens, love expands, and your spirit runs free. February Glow Ecstatic Dance is inspired by the Year of the Horse — a symbol of freedom, vitality, forward movement, and untamed joy.

On 7th February, we gather to move beyond limitations and into expansion, to run wild and free, this is what ecstatic dance is about. Through rhythm, breath, and embodied presence, we invite growth in all its forms and open ourselves to the power of love — for self, for community and for life.

The Horse teaches us to trust our instincts, follow our inner fire, and move boldly toward what calls us.
