A 'NURTURE YOUR SOUL SESSION' - Summer Solstice Gatherings - The Sunrise Set
It’s a day when the Earth seems to stand still on her axis, before the first half of the year tips into the next. The longest day and the shortest night. There is an overriding sense of presence, and the extra light makes it one of the best times in the year to do something a little different.... like joining us for some gorgeous soul glowing practices by the sea to honour this day.
I'm getting together with some wonderful yoga-teacher friends at sunrise & we invite you to join us to welcome in the day with a sunshiney smile for the soul.
