Join us for a beautiful winter solstice celebration on the beach, be guided through a rejuvenating, strong & steady practice of 54 sun salutations & other practices to guide you in to and through this next cycle. Followed by a relaxing beach sauna experience. This event is perfect for those looking to connect with nature, embrace the winter season, take a pause & find some inner peace during this hectic time of year.
