REDCAR BEACH RISE & SHINE - MEET AT TUNED IN, MAJUBA ROAD 

A great way to start the day, with a yoga flow session by the sea.  Please bring your own mat if you want to practice on one.  & wrap up warm too, you can always remove some layers as we warm up but the mornings are still quite fresh.  We  meet at Tuned In on Majuba Road and either practice on the beach or under the shelter of the building facing the sea if it's raining.  Class will not run if there's heavy rain as that's too difficult to manage with slippy mats, but sea dip still goes ahead. 

Please arrive at 6.40am, yoga will start prompt at 6:45am. If you are late please just join us quietly and begin the practice with us. Thank you
