Join us for the final Full Moon event on 6th September with it's all it's usual magic plus some extra special warmth & goodness for you with the Fire & Ice Sauna to complete the evening & take us home with a glow as bright as the full corn moon.

About the event
You're invited to join Chrissy (Green Seas Yoga) & Richie (Fire & Ice Sauna) for the final outdoor full moon event of 2025.
Join us in circle as we gather round a beach fire starting with an opening heart connecting song, lighting of the fire as a symbol of our own possibility to transform, transmute & burn away what no longer serves. You'll be guided through some gentle movements for the body to begin, taking us away from the thinking mind & in to the feeling side, the feminine side, the moon side.
A short breathwork practice to ignite a little internal agni (fire) then we'll flow together in a gorgeous moon salutation practice & chanting to help release tension, calm the mind and connect to the energy of the beautiful moon (chandra). You will be served cacao & welcome in a gratitude practice for some of our beautiful earths…
