weekly yoga class where you can book each week or pay for a block booking and make a saving of £1.50 per class.  If you book each week the drop-in class is £7.50.

We will have a session of yoga poses and breathing exercises and relaxation.  All levels welcome and plenty of options given.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any other yoga equipment if you have that.
