MONDAY EVENING YOGA - BACK ON REDCAR BEACH NEAR THE SAND DUNES, PARK IN MAJUBA CAR PARK

A strong yoga flow by the sea, yoga poses to centre, stretch, balance and connect.  Followed by optional sea dip - *at own risk*

Please wrap up warm as it's often cooler at the coast than inland and better to be able to remove layers than be too cold for your practice. You will need to be able to get up and down from the ground unaided to do the session but all levels are welcome and if you use bricks or blocks please bring those.  A blanket or something warm for relaxation is also recommended.  Thank you
