Deep Release Yin Yoga Sundays
A super chilled out & more meditative yoga session perfect for winding down on a Sunday evening
Class Description
In this 75 minute class we will hold yoga poses for longer durations and the intention is for a deep release to happen in the body, and when the body is still the mind follows. This is a deeply nourishing class and there's no flow to follow, most of the poses are on the floor and we use props to support the body so it can release in to the shape. What to bring: Yoga Mat & Suggested props Yoga bricks & block Yoga Bolster Blanket or cushion or both Yoga strap or dressing gown strap can also work If you don't have yoga specific items like bricks and bolster to start with that's fine you can just bring a suitable alternative, blankets and firm cushions can work if you bring these we can adapt. If you need to lend any props please get in touch before the class so I can prepare and bring spares. If you support the body well in this practice you can find a lovely deep release and let go of some holding in to the support.

- Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be transferred to another class - All bookings for classes close 2 hours before the start time if you have missed the booking on the website please contact the teacher directly to see if the class is running and make another arrangement if possible
