90 mins gentle yoga for wellbeing
Class Description
Block booking for 6 weeks (27th October - 1st December) A slower paced gentle morning yoga practice in Nunthorpe. 90mins class that usually includes a blend of pranayama (breathing practices), asanas (poses), meditation & relaxation. Class suitable for all, but aimed at anyone wanting a slower and easier practice. You will need to bring your own mat and any yoga props you might have are great too. For those who need it chairs can be provided to practice on too if this is something you would need.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be transferred to another class - All bookings for classes close 2 hours before the start time if you have missed the booking on the website please contact the teacher directly to see if the class is running and make another arrangement if possible
