Class Description
A slower paced gentle morning yoga practice in Nunthorpe. 90mins class that usually includes pranayama (breathing practices), asana (poses), meditation & relaxation. Class suitable for all, but aimed at anyone wanting a slower and gentler practice. OPTIONS FOR BOOKING: You can book this class as part of a 1 month class pass where you can have 12 classes a month for £40 or book individual session £8.50 per class or there is also a 6 week block offer which would be purchased for 6 consecutive weeks with a set start date (15th Sept)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be transferred to another class - All bookings for classes close 2 hours before the start time if you have missed the booking on the website please contact the teacher directly to see if the class is running and make another arrangement if possible
