Class Description
Weather permitting..... Join our Sunday morning Bank Holiday Bliss Flow Session to get things woken up, moving, mood boosting & feeling great. BEACH WALK 9am (approx 40mins mindful & silent power walk where we'll aim to get 2miles in), you are welcome to walk barefoot for extra connection to the environment if it's warm enough and you are ok walking barefoot without problems, this brings us fully in to the place. We will walk in silence, concentrating on each step, the feelings in the body, the sounds and sights of the place so it will be a beautiful mindful practice as well as a good heart, lung & leg booster BEACH YOGA 10AM - A flowing yoga session by the sea, to challenge your balance & your perception of things, a good mix of strength and stretch followed by some stillness to fully absorb. You'll need a yoga mat, comfortable warm clothing layers. SEA DIP 11am(ish) - Finish the morning session with an invigorating sea dip (anyone dipping does so at their own risk and takes full responsibility for their own health & safety) 11.15am - STAY A BIT & HANG OUT IF WEATHER IS GOOD & YOU FEEL LIKE IT..... please bring a flask of tea or whatever you'd like to drink and we can share a warming brew after the dip and this will be chance to also ask any questions about yoga and to have a chat with a cuppa. This time will be open to share ideas/practices/things you love etc if you'd like to stick around a little while. With love. Chrissy

Cancellation Policy
6 week block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may cancel your place but refunds will not be issued. Cancellations for drop-in sessions with minimum of 24 hours can be transferred to another class, if less than 24hrs notice is given then the class cannot be transferred
