Class Description
Wednesday nights yoga has found a lovely new venue, we've relocated to Park Road South (next to Lloyds Pharmacy just off Linthorpe Road in a nice small cosy space where I'm sure you'll enjoy rolling out your mats). You'll be guided through a breath to movement yoga sequence to lengthen, strengthen, rejuvenate & relax the body & mind. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor to practice this style of class, if you need something with a little less movement and flow then check out Sunday evenings Yin session that could be for you. We practice short guided meditations as part of our Wednesday evening class & the poses we learn and work with are united with our breath. This is a great way to quieten the mind and all it's chatter, finishing with a short relaxation to just let it all go. All levels welcome and plenty of options and guidance given, and you are encouraged to work at your own level and look after your body and what it needs (in yoga we refer to that as Ahimsa). You will need your own yoga mat and please bring any supports if you have those. I look forward to seeing you for a hump day practice and supporting you in to a more balanced & blissful life.

- Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be transferred to another class - All bookings for classes close 2 hours before the start time if you have missed the booking on the website please contact the teacher directly to see if the class is running and make another arrangement if possible
